Can I track my purchase?

You can check the status of your delivery anytime by entering the tracking number emailed to you after placing your order here. 
To change or cancel an order that has already been processed, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.

How do I choose a TV stand?

The center of the TV should line up with your eyes when you are seated on your sofa.

1.Measure from the floor to your eye level while seated.

2.Then measure the height of the TV from the base to the top.

3.Subtract half the height of the TV from your seated height to find the right height for your TV stand.

Should I get a fixed, tilt or full motion mount?

A fixed mount  is great for a customer’s basic needs. If you plan to keep your TV in one position, a fixed mount is perfect for you. They will sit flush against your wall and are easy to install.

A tilt mount is useful if you are installing in an area above eye level, such as above a fireplace. You will be able to tilt your TV downward to avoid straining your neck to see the screen. Tilt options also help with glare from windows or lamps.

A full motion mount is ideal for versatile use. You’ll be able to extend, swivel and tilt your TV for different viewing positions in different areas of your room. Being able to to extend your TV forward also helps with cable management and accessing the back of your TV.

How do I arrange my living room with a corner TV?

How to choose the right size TV stand for my TV？

When choosing the right size of media stand is that it should be at least a few inches (if not feet) wider than the base of your TV. This gives your TV plenty of clearance to comfortably sit on top and helps your media set up look more visually balanced.

 

After I place my order, how long until it arrives?

Fitueyes offers Free Shipping for all orders but we currently cannot ship to outside of UK. If you are a customer from EU countries, you can shop in our DE Store: https://fitueyes.de/. 

Processing Time: your order will be shipped out within 48 hours on working days. (Weekends or Holidays Excluded).

Shipping Time: shipping & delivery will take 3-6 working days. Depending on the item purchased and the delivery location, delivery time is may delay sometimes during shopping peak season. Please understand.

What is the warranty on my purchases?

You have 30 days to return an item to us in its original condition. Any modifications or alterations to the product will void the original warranty.

What happens if I cancel my order?

If cancelled on the same day you will not be charged for any processing fees. However, if you cancel your order at any point after the same day period, do not accept your cancelled package from FedEx (sometimes RTS requests fail), as you will also be responsible for returning the package. Please contact Customer Service for more details.

What if my item/ package arrives damaged?

When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please complete the following steps:
1) Take a picture of the damage.
2) Then please email us at support@fitueyes.com immediately and attach the photos.
3) We will contact you directly with the next steps.

Will Eiffel floor tv stand fit a Samsung 43inch tv and what bolts do I need to purchase to fit a Samsung?

It fits up to 75" so you are more than good there. It also comes with two different bolt sizes and one of them should fit the TV you have. I have a Samsung 75" and one set of the bolts fit perfect on the back. Hope this helps.

Will Eiffel floor tv stand hold an 82 inch Samsung?

Please confirm your TV 's VESA is between 100 (w) mm x 100 (h) mm and 600 (w) mm x 400 (h) mm,and the weight does not exceed 132lbs / 60 kgs.If yes ,the stand will fit your TV.
